HKC Secure Wave 10270 Reset Users

I have one user code for this panel (new house, no codes) which has limited options but not the engineer code. Panel was installed by ADT not getting much help from them. I want to reset the users codes and change wifi settings. Is the only way to default the panel (JP1 jumper?)? Thanks

Yes, if you use the jumper way, you can just default the codes as apposed to the whole system.
If they system is engineer locked, you would need an engineer to unlock it for you.
