What other channels are on the transponders that carry those missing channels?

Are those other channels missing too?

Check lyngsat for the relevant frequencies.

I don't really understand your question sorry. I followed a video to install the dish and pulled in most channels but noticed that they are not coming in.

Its called channel movement where the frequency and transponder have changed.

Were you using Sky Q previous to this as they use a different lnb?

Lyngsat and Kingofsat are both pages with info on what sat channels are in use , have moved or DEAD as no longer broadcasting.

Thanks. I was using a mini sky hd box but hadn't watched in some time as the dish needed replacement and I had iptv.

I just added ITV2 to other channels

I can't seem to add any ITV or ITV BE.

I used lyngsat to add but keeps saying no signal found.

I wonder do I need a viewing card because I don't have one in this box?

You called it a New Dish Issue, and that is probably what it is. If not perfectly aligned it will fail to pull in all the signals.

On the other thread you said the uk card sorted it. Is this the same location and same samsung box? The fact you get itv1 makes no difference. ca you link the video you used to setup dish? Did you adjust skew and focal length or just guess, what about elevation, did you drill new holes, did you change dish location? any big trees in he way.

Apologies the card thread is a separate thread for my parents and that's 100% now.

I swapped my dish to a new dish and followed this video

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53w7QRNFmLY

New holes yes and elevation set as per video. There might be one tree but dish is in same location as last one. What do you mean by skew?

I forgot to ask what the receiver was, skew is when you turn the end of the lnb so many degrees, either left or right as you look, for sky looking from the front its turned anti clockwise to about 11 o clock, the other bit is, elevation is not vertical, elevation is got by moving dish to 21% or 22% its got markings, the other bit is focal length that is the distance of the front of lnb to dish face, look at video and see how lnb is sticking out at rear, your lnb may be different.

I have to go out for the day.

You can check signal strength in receiver and you are looking for word lock or a green tick.

If you go to dishpointer .com and put in your location it will give you elevation and skew. select 28e as you sat.

    That tree""😂

DRX595 is the box. The good thing is the lnb you have is same as one in video so make sure it is fitted same way flush with collar. The skew is a very slight twist and it may just do that. Here is a pic and note the direction, its not anticlockwise as I said above, its clockwise

Thanks I will let you know how I get on with it when I get the adjustments made

I wanted to come back and let you know the minor twist of the LNB brought in the missing channels straight away.

Thanks very much for your help
