Getting warnings about memory

I ve been getting warnings that my iphone11 is nearly out of memory , and given its ageI'm not surprised . I tried a clean up app years ago and it was a disaster . Can anyone recommend an app to safely delete copies etc and free up space .

You can delete the likes of Facebook, Instagram. Loads of apps cache loads of crap. Just delete them and add them again. Any cloud based app. Do you really need to keep all the WhatsApp photos also? Turn that Auto save on that off. iMessage as well. Delete all the big messages.
