Can anyone confirm if Miche 54/40 Chainrings are compatible with 105 12 speed?

Ultegra & Dura are but doesn’t state 105 but you’d imagine they should work.

Shimano not having a 53T option seems nuts but I’m sure there is a technical answer to that.

Not really an answer but i needed the shim to increase space for rotor 54 q-rings on the 105 12s crank.

It’s an answer of sorts, this means the Rotor rings are compatible with the shim then? Both round & oval ?

Qring for me but that said I'm not sure they are 100%. I've had chain jump off to outside now and then but not sure if it is partially to do with the rear wheel hub. it was causing me lots of issues in the Ras when at very high speed across rough road where it would drop now and then whenever I stopped pedaling. Seemed to be packed with too much grease but since even cleaning out it has happened two or three times (was happening 10-15 times a stage in Ras though) so not sure the chain line is 100%

Certain stores have the inners advertised as DA/Ult/105, so I would presume so, hard to figure out how they wouldn't be

TT bike, happily spinning out on the downhills with a 53. Might go with a 56 but I was getting away with a 58-17 on the fixed gear for a few weeks (although it was tiring on any uphill, so I went back to a 49*17 for commuting)

Officially, only Dura Ace has the software installed for 54/40. We put it on 12 speed Ultegra this season and it worked fine. 105 is set up identically to Ultegra. Read the installation instructions carefully as the chainring 'nuts' have specific positions.
