Our daughter was stillborn at 24 weeks exactly, It is obviously a very difficult time for us and I am trying to work out leave from work to give myself some breathing space to grieve and get my head together. I have gotten conflicting advice on maternity benefit, some resources saying I am entitled to maternity benefit because baby was 24 weeks, others say she would have had to be 25 weeks, has anyone been through this and have any advice or insight into what entitlements are please?
