How to fill out US W8-BEN tax form?

    Hi there, I'm new to Ireland and just got my PPS number. Recently I opened up an US brokerage account at Charles Schwab as an Irish tax resident to invest on stocks and index funds, but I have no idea how to fill out the following part of W8-BEN tax form. I would be very grateful if somebody can help me😊

    I've never seen that on a W-8BEN form. This is all I've ever filled in

    The screenshot I provided seems to match the Part II.10 in the W8-BEN form, but idk how to fill it out.

    I’m also looking for a solution to a few questions about filling out PDF forms, and luckily I’ve almost found the answer. I recommend checking out the online editor from the article https://euroweeklynews.com/2024/02/21/a-deep-dive-into-pdf-guru-and-its-impact-on-digital-documents/ with its review. The reason I mention this is that this tool offers a variety of form templates for filling out online. It might be useful for someone else too. It really helped me personally.
