Is it possible to over-ride HIVE and put heating on or get manual clock

I had HIVE installed with a new boiler last Feb, but our router has broken twice and I found it difficult and lengthy to get HIVE up and running again. Now the hub seems to have gone missing. Can the boiler be started without HIVE and is it possible to just go back to a manual clock?

I think you need another timer installed. Could you try to reconnect the hub? Could you take the power off for 30 seconds and see if reconnects?

Yes press the button on the hive receiver thats wired to the boiler and that zone will turn on.

You can replace the hive reciever with a normal timer.

I have HIVE, and there is an override switch (with a green/red light) underneath my boiler that I can push which allows me to use the heating manually.

On most Hive installs that I've done, I've left the old programmer as a backup.

If you've got the old one, you could have it reinstalled.
