I am trying to move posts as it went off topic. According to this, Move and Merge should be options in the bottom left. But after I clicked the posts to select them, only Delete Split Warn Cancel were available. Can anyone help?

You don't move them directly. It's select the posts, split them out, then select the new thread of them and merge it into the target thread.

I am trying to move posts as it went off topic.

Maybe it's a CMOD or ADMIN only feature? Tag someone like that for the quickest result.
