    Hi being honest and looking for a pt or anyone that could devise me a gym plan in order to know what im doing. im dedicated and will go 3 or 4 times a week i want to lose fat and build muscle and stamina

    If you don't have a training background, the best place to begin your enquiries is local gyms. Depending on your budget, if PT options are out, then take a look for classes or small-group training.

    There are online PTs, online training groups and paid and free online programs, but if you're looking for quite a bit of guidance, an in-person format is probably your best bet.

    If you're in a particular locality / county, it might be worth your while posting this in the relevant Regional forum … i.e there's a forum for Donegal, and so on.
