How to reach ridge slates?

My ridge slates are starting to deteriorate, some cracked and need replacement. I currently don't know how to reach higher ridges

I constructed a contraption, i can reach 7 bottom ones, but not higher

I'm not sure what are my flat slates, they might be not natural but cement-fabric ones, so walking on them is not an option i'd imagine

I've got one, it's perfect for the top of the roof, but my problem is the side ridges. Those are the ones i cannot reach. The roof ladder, if attached to the very end of the top is still too far from the side ridges

Either a cherry picker , which would be the cheapest option, or scaffolding are your two options.

Any other contraption would be a recipe for a not nice ending.

It's a bit crazy but he could also consider getting a roofer to do the work.

I got one once, to replace 1 slate. They came, said 200 euros. OK. Then they said they bought a wrong slate, need to go buy a right one, but now 300 euros. Well OK they're expensive those slates but what can i do. Turned out 9 euros per slate later on
