RTE Internet Radio Streams not working on Marantz MCR612 Melody X

I have a Marantz MCR612 Melody X system. A few months back all of the RTE radio channels stopped working through the internet radio option. Any other channels I have tried work fine. It's just the RTE ones. Tried emailing RTE but no response.

It's using TuneIn for internet radio (according to RicherSounds) and the RTE channels work on TuneIn on other devices.

Any suggestions?

I don't use those channels but has it anything to do with this I wonder?

Thanks @vectra but the channels I'm trying to access are not impacted by the cuts. None of the RTE channels work through the Internet Radio setting on the Marantz but they all work on other devices. Any other channel I try on the Marantz work fine.

I am assuming the Marantz is still connected to your broadband?
Is it a case is simple search to find the channels?
I can try it on my bedroom one if you wish.? As I said I don't use the radio at all really except for the morning alarm.
Mainly CD's my wife uses it for.

How long is a view months? RTE ended DAB services on the 1st April … was it then the Marantz stopped streaming RTE for you? Perhaps RTE ended streaming when they ended DAB?

Thanks for the responses.

Yes, the Marantz is the only device that the Internet streams for RTE are not workin on. It is connected to broadband and will play other streams fine. The internet radio for RTE definitely did work after the DAB switch off.

@vectra if you can try it on your system and let me know if it work or not that would be great.

I have reached out to Marantz support and tried all their troubleshooting steps but no positive result. If other users can confirm the same issue I'll reach out to RTE and see if they can help.

Are they pre programmed or do I need to do a digital / internet search on the 612?

No problem.
Have you done a firmware update on the 612 recently?
I am constantly doing updates on everything as I believe there is a solid reason for them
Perhaps try and do a reset on the 612 to factory and start over again?

Did the full reset - no change.

Think I checked the firmware and it was up to date. Will check again later.

Off the wall question, but would you have a vpn or anything blocking access to it?

That was a weird one - tried it on mobile hot spot and it worked fine. Got onto internet provider and they set up a second network on my modem - RTE worked perfectly. They could not see anything on the primary network that would block it, but I'm just happy it's working again. Thanks @vectra for your help.
