    How much would it cost to buy a set of readymade plans for a 2 bedroom cottage/bungalow from an Architect or builder.

    The house would be 600 to 1000 square feet.

    I doubt if you will get what you are looking for as houses now have to comply with various regulations, are site specific and need to comply with local planning guidelines. We've moved on from the bungalow bliss era.

    Construction plans? I doubt anyone would be willing to give you their copyright and expose themselves legally like that.

    You can get generic plans online or from books. No to construction detail. But depends what you need them for.
