    Hi all,

How "easy" is it to adjust a divorce order? If both parties agree that a particular element of the divorce order is unworkable for example, how does this get amended? This would be for a divorce that was agreed with solicitors/barristers and not judge ordered (just judge signed).

    Thanks

Judge would still have to sign off on any changes.

So does mean going for a day in court again with solicitors and barristers or can a letter from both sides solicitors request an amendment to the court registrar for example?
