Hi all,

Im using a new Holland tractor at present tsa100 and i have my power box on it. I cant remove the hydralic hoses at the back to disconnect. I have tried closing the ram on the power box but this isnt solving the problem for me. I moved the lift up and down and moved the hydralic levers up and down in the tractor. Still not helping me remove them. I turned off the tractor and turned it on again.

Anything else I can try before I will have to take them off with wrenches? Is there something I haven't done or not aware off?

There’s probably pressure on the hoses. You need to put the hydraulic handle into the float position. On a TSA this would be the lever being pushed fully forward. That should release the pressure and allow you to disconnect the hoses.

Switch off the tractor and move the lever back and forth will release any pressure. S

+1 any tricky hoses, this will solve it.

if it’s not pressure you may have to change the female connection on the tractor or possibly you have an odd fitting on you power box

Tried that but didn't work. I had to end up ripping off the hoses with a spanner which isn't the right way if doing it.

If that didnt work I'd say most likely causes are dirt in the male fittings or the balls stuck in the female fittings.

The latter happened my sheep dog when the neighbours dog was on heat 😂
