How to get Clock app to display seconds on iphone 12

    Hair pulling.

    Dont mind whether its the native clock app or a 3rd party app but would much rather the native app. Want current time displayed in digital format but must include seconds. Anyone know how? iPhone 12.

    Any links seem to be about display settings in a later version of phone. settings > time display> which I dont have as an option. On latest ios.
