    Hi. A planning application was lodged for 12 social houses beside my home. I lodged a submission/observation to the council and received a letter of acceptable or whatever the proper title is, so also did my neighbour. The planning permission was granted but neither of us received any notification that planning was granted by the council. Contacted the council and they posted a letter apologising for same, but I couldn't that it further with Bord Pleanala. Is there any place to appeal this
