EIR TV Keeps freezing after pausing??

Has anyone got this problem with Eir via the Apple box? Anytime i try to pause or rewind it just cant handle it, rarely works and the screen just goes black with channel programme name still there. A red circle with a line through it appears wen this happens, only solution seems to be power down box at wall, even turning…

Has anyone got this problem with Eir via the Apple box?
Anytime i try to pause or rewind it just cant handle it, rarely works and the screen just goes black with channel programme name still there.
A red circle with a line through it appears wen this happens, only solution seems to be power down box at wall, even turning on and off from remote doesnt sort it.
Very frustrating will be switching back to virgin media Eir is very poor
