White hairs at 29

I know I'm approaching 30 and it's not beyond the realm of possibility that genetics are taking their path .. but the last few months I am noticing more and more white hairs popping up around the sides, and fast.

Nobody in my family or extended family has greyed so early, my uncles in their 50s haven't even fully greyed yet and it only started in recent years for them. My dad greyed nearing 60 and still isn't fully grey at 64.

I have been extremely stressed from work over the last 4 months or so, to the point I took some days off to control it.

Could it be stress related? Has anyone actually had it reversed with the stressor removed? From googling I can see its scientifically possible .. but is it reality?

    Thanks

At the moment I have a hair on my chest which is white at the tip and normal hair colour at the root…my body is taunting me.

I always find lack of sleep resulting in white hair strands. The good thing is they turn black when I sleep atleast 8 hours the following night. I am taking high dose biotin 5000mcg.

I have a patch of grey hair on the front of my hair above the forehead and my beard is greying in spots. A few years ago they darkened first. I had blonde parts of my beard. I'm 40 btw.

I know it's bothering you but I couldn't give 2 effs about my hair greying. Stay positive if it really bothers you, you can dye your hair. Do it sooner than later as people will notice if you are full of grey and next time the see you, your hair has no grey. If you dye your hair now nobody will really notice.
