Quiet car parks for driving practice

Any idea where I could bring a young driver to do a bit of accompanied driving practice to get started? East of city or county. Just to get familiar with the controls. I will leave the instruction to the instructor.

The problem with industrial estates, I found, is that they tend to have a lot of speed ramps. Our favourite (not on the East side though) was the Park and Ride at the university in Dangan.

Yes but sometimes the barrier is down is it not? I used to turn up there to find it down and my search continued elsewhere.

Mervue business park had few speed ramps when I used it for driving lessons.

Hi. Perhaps not the week that's in it but go over to Ballybrit Business park past the NDLS centre and there's a big car park on the left that as far as I can see is empty and accessible on weekends / evenings.
