Me too, A few weeks ago my previous provider server was down too, I asked on reddit and they advise me to use ZONTAFIPTV service so I got a trial from them and it was really great and the costumer support will help you with any issue, So I just subscribed with them for 12 Months and The problem is fixed

That poster might be correct I had a look at the site there are many resellers who use various different devices.

It is also highly illegal.

Also if it stops working forget about a refund.
