I'm strongly thinking of taking the plunge next year and getting the big big one off the bucket list

So is it cheaper to go with the packages or DIY ? WM tickets be more plentiful giving the size of Aligent Stadium

Have the OYO Hotel and Casino booked (with free cancellation) for $882 for 6 nights (Weds 16th- Tues 22nd)

Spending money would probably be in the region of $250 a day

Flights won't be cheap either and most likely with stopovers involved etc

    Any advice welcome ?

I went to my first Mania this year in Philly.

Have been to Vegas 4 times and am going to Mania next year also.

I booked everything myself and will do the same again. Packages seem very overpriced to me.

Oyo is a little off the strip and you will probably need to Uber quite a bit. Would recommend Luxor or Excalibur as budget options which are close to the stadium and on the strip.

Aer Lingus have recently started doing direct flights on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Would strongly recommend booking with them. Prices are decent and it will really take the sting out of the travel length with no stopover.

    Any other questions fire away.

    Got a package through 'loveholidays'

€1100 for flights and room in The Rio Hotel

Flights from Dublin- Dallas, Dallas-Vegas vice versa. Weds 16th- Tues 22nd Apr

saved up $1000 for tickets, aiming for the main 4 shows

Happy days, The Rio is off strip and will mean some Ubers but it’s recently been renovated so should be a nice place to stay.

You’ll have a blast, I enjoyed this years so much. Really is an amazing experience.

I’ll be doing the 4 shows as well and probably Wrestlecon and some other bits.

    Nice

It's my first time in the States, it definitely won't be a pint down the local feel ha

Booked direct flights with aer lingus for 750 direct.

Booked my accom with the Exclaibur through the MGM rewards app. Got 4 comped nights, $75 freeplay and $150 resort credit all for a total price of $52.15 for 5 nights. I'm sure I'll have a resort fee to pay at the hotel too.

Stayed in Excalibur before it's fine, close to the stadium too.

Also don't be scared of taxi's they used to rip tourists off but now they have flat fees from the airport. Here's the map and pricing.

    https://taxi.nv.gov/Rider_Info/Las_Vegas_Strip_Airport_Zones_Fares/

Although if you are in a group I had a blast with Presidential limos before. They take you to the shops / dispensaries (😄), blast whatever music you wanna play. Great way to kick off your holiday.

    Just a few more tips…

If you like bargains there are plenty of apps you can download (MyVegas, MGM Slots Live, etc) Play these a lil bit build up some coins you can then trade the coins for free/discounted stuff.

Revolut offer esims through the app. Most hotels have wifi and that but it's a good backup to have some data if you plan on getting Ubers, etc.

If you plan on hitting the clubs book in advance. You can get on guest lists through promoters but you will be queuing. Hakkasan and Omnia are really great. You can buy your ticket and a card loaded with $100 for like $115 and skip the queues. I'm a bit old now for that but very cool experience.

Anyone familiar with these priority passes?

Got a 'silver package' for MITB in London last year which included 'The gift & Lanyard', priority checkout in the megastore and of course the golden ticket including priority entrance into the Arena. It cost roughly €377 but like everything those prices have gone up since then. With the way tickets went for that MITB i was happy i got it. If I could afford it for Mania I'd probably do it again but think I'd rather go with the Ticketmaster sale.

My advice is price OnLocation and take it from there

Saw this yesterday and might give an idea when tickets might go on sale

After the Oasis sales im getting so anxious for Ticket sales, this will be a similar slog

Be some pints drunk when i see the confirmation ill tell you that 😂

**** getting real, be 6pm our time

Registration open for Presale which starts 23rd Oct

Do they give advance notice on expected pricing?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,455 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

not sure but hope they do as it'll be racking my brain for the next month

Here's a price list from Phily, no doubt Vegas means 'more $'

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,955 ✭✭✭rizzla

Don't think I'd wanna be on the field unless super close (which means super expensive). I hope it's similar pricing, I'll try for something on section 1 tiered seating. I checked out the allegiant view from my seat map and tiered seems to be the way to go unless you wanna drop crazy money.

    On Location prices not pretty

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,955 ✭✭✭rizzla

Very glad I didn't go with the On Location deposit. Those prices are ridiculous. Just the general ticketmaster sale for me.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,455 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

    Yeah there quite high alright

I'd consider the cheapest Silver package but rather wait for the Ticketmaster sale

The $30 K ones are unbelievable

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,955 ✭✭✭rizzla

That looks to be the 400 level seating. Literally in the gods… for $1000. Hope it's not any indication on the general tickets and the extra money is for the extra hospitality included.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,455 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

    On Location presales started today

Out of pricing range sadly with the lowest price currently at $1500

Ticketmaster on the 23rd it is so

Saw another link for a 'suite ticket' starting at $1600 for 'standing room only'

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 93 ✭✭BSK

Was at 40 and paid $1000 for a ticket level with the ramp but back a bit.

looking to go more in the middle so can only imagine what the prices are going to be. Could be priced out unfortunately.

Presale the 23rd. My understanding is they put combo tickets for the 2 nights on sale first? Then will sell individual nights at a later date?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,455 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

    Looks like it

Suites me fine to have it first

Hopefully tickets sorted on Weds and then onto worrying about SD & Raw tickets.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,455 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

    Raiders presale happening now

Tickets are not cheap even for nosebleeds with the taxes etc costing just as much as the ticket

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,955 ✭✭✭rizzla

The email notifying about the presale is a bit weird. Presale starts the same time the codes are being sent out. Thought I'd get the code a few hours before the sale.

Looking at the raiders presale prices though. 400-500 for section 400. Hmm, nosebleeds 250ish each night… (Thinks back to what that got me for All In).

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,455 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

Code will end up been 'generic'

Thinking of going for nosebleeds or 300s. Always find been up on a height for Wrestling is better

    Sum mental prices available

Bit ironic that tickets for Limp Bizkit in the 3Arena go on sale today as well. Remembered for American badass takers entrance and this wrestlemania gem

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,455 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

IM GOING TO WRESTLEMANIA, Went overbudget but sure look its 'once in a lifetime'

    The Taxes really fucked me

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,955 ✭✭✭rizzla

Damn I thought they went on sale at 6. Just in the queue.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,455 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

The 'Family & Friends' presale started at 5pm, some posted the code earlier

Keep posted about what ye end up getting

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,955 ✭✭✭rizzla

No chance. I mean i was reluctantly gonna get the 400-500 price tickets but they seemed to have shot up to 900. I'll get the 1 day tickets when they go on sale. I don't care that much about WWE.

Views from these stadium are decent no matter what level you are on to be fair no obstructions

Here’s the view I had in the Sofi for $30 in the nose bleeds

Delighted with that and is worth the $$$

Christ how much will the TV tapings be in the MGM or T Mobile Arena

A few on the Discord doing the same as yourself, demand is mental

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,955 ✭✭✭rizzla

Jesus, so in 2 years nosebleed tickets went from $30 to $500.

Love the optimism of the guy who brought the signs.
