I usually turn off when I see "possibly" "might" "could" and so on.

Don't expect anything from life, just be grateful to be alive.

I'd still be sceptical enough that a magic pill can be formulated. An unhealthy person for example would be an unhealthy person, no matter what you give them. Factors like diet, exercise, lifestyle, sleep, positive attitude etc would still be important factors, pill or no pill.

This is amazing research and not only do they think it will help prevent cancer but also to treat existing disease like lung fibrosis and diabetes . It acts by turning of IL-11( interleukin 2 ) in the body which causes disease and chronic inflammation caused by increased of the protein as you age

Early stages yet but so far only good results.

    Hope it continues

And what happens then? People across the world already protesting because pension age is being raised. Imagine the new life expectancy going up to over 100 years old. Then pension age will be 80? Throw in curing all these diseases and illnesses which will make more people live longer also. Theres already a problem with an aging population and not enough young people to pay those pensions. Encouraging a higher birth rate to fuel this pension pyramid scheme is all good and well, but theres already a housing problem also, thus that problem becomes bigger again too. Sure lets build more houses (which isnt happening at the moment anyways), and where does the land for these houses come from? Farms? Sure, then where do we grow the food to feed all these extra people?

Sure nobody is forcing anyone to take these miracle drugs…yet.
