hey I’m just looking for some feedback and points of View I’m a man of 25 and was stopped a few months back for driving with no full license driver and no L plates up I got my car seized and points added I had passed my full test two weeks and the points that were added resulted in me getting a 6 month disqualification I also care for my brother daily and have 2 jobs I’m wondering if I bring this before a court will they consider my circumstances and cancel the points

Considering some of the unbelieveable sentences handed out in the courts who knows, you may get lucky with your judge. Butshort answer is no. Personal circumstances don't let you break the law.

Doesn't mean they are right. No licence to drive on their own. No insurance cover as they are breaking the law.

Go to court and see what happens. Why not.

Many drivers have killed people or caused life changing injuries to others and have receive the same or less punishment then you.

when it comes to road traffic offences it seems anything can happen.

The fact that you passed your test two weeks after your car was seized is irrelevant.

The law doesn't work like that. You got caught bang to rights breaking (multiple) traffic laws. These are the consequences.

Most insurers will ask if any points on your licence and will have a clause asking if you have made a full disclosure of any facts that might affect insurance cover

According to the RSA website, a learner driving unaccompanied results in 2 points, and not displaying an L plate is also 2 points?

You need 7 for a disqualification, so did you already have other points on your permit?
