2013 Suzuki SX4

Just wondering if there's any opinions on the Suzuki SX4? I need a second car and would prefer something useful like a 4x4 or a van so it might get more than the occasional run about. I have the option of a 2013 Suzuki SX4 with 170k km on the clock for around €5,500 and it seems in good nick. The plan would be to stick a towbar on it to give me the option of pulling a light trailer around just for the odd run to the dump or picking up a light hire machinery every now and then but it's only a 1.6 so not sure if that would even work. Would it be a good option or are there better things out there for the money?

Edit: Actually I've just double-checked it's a 2l diesel, I thought it was only 1.6 so the trailer thing should be a non-issue anyway.

Friend of mine has a 2012 one and still going strong. No idea of the mileage on it, but it would be high enough I think. No major problems with it that she's ever mentioned. I've a 2006 Jimny which I use for towing a trailer and it's well capable of it albeit with much increased fuel gobbling. But you'd expect that with a 1.3l engine.

I owned a 2010 SX4 1.6 Diesel for a couple years, think it was 90hp, I had a daily commute from Clare to Tipp at the time and it was extremely reliable even though I ragged the **** out of it to overtake trucks on that road.

Would probably be okay for pulling a small trailer

    Just asked her yesterday and it's done 300k. It's a 2.0l diesel.
