Honestly, even if the quality has been amiss at times, the current crop of players are all very likeable committed pros at the very least, with no prima donnas

I think the work rate and tenacity of cunha, mbeumo, amad, mount etc sets the tone for others too who raise their effort

The link up play seems to have really developed with players understanding each other and their roles a lot better

But also Lammens' calmness seems to take the anxiety and panic off the back line which changes everything
