KN want to put a junction box on the front of my house to serve Fibre to me and the three other houses on my road (if we want it). Any issues with getting the ox on the house I should be aware of?

None in reality. Sometimes they'll offer a deal - but depends on how intrusive the box is. Ask them to leave some slack somewhere hidden if you're thinking of external insulation though.
