The academy in Carton House likely do, as they have the set up for it.
Pros (Brian and Caolon) probably do them in Castlewarden too as they have practice bunkers there

Leopardstown Driving range. They have a bunker outside, my wife had a bunker lesson with a pro there (which worked!)
