possible lathe parts

    hello I have recently acquired some pieces of what I believe to be a old lathe possibly colchester?? can anyone help identify more specifically what I have. I imagine these might be of value to somebody

    I'll add some more pics later there are some side casings two boxes of cogs and two motors. thanks in advance

    Is there any name plate or part numbers on the pieces that you have?

    The second picture looks like the spindle speed selector gearbox cover plate from a universal milling machine . The first is unusual , it looks a bit like a carriage from a capstan lathe but it also could be the carriage for raising and lowering the head of the same universal mill. A few more pictures would help .
