Planning Permission zone 2 residential

living in an unfinished private estate that we purchased our house from. Builders went bust 2011 timeframe and sold remainder of site under new folio to ours and local authority took road and services in charge . New builder is putting up all terraced affordable houses in phase 1 and much more terraced houses than our original housing plan. This same builder has not built affordable houses in any of his own private estates but now dumping all in our estate which will devalue our existing houses. On top of that we have defective blocks and have to rebuild our own houses at huge expense and now deal with this. Does anyone know any objections that are valid, we don’t mind the building if I was kept to original planning which we purchased from.. thank you🤞🤞
