New HKC alarm - can I add non HKC sensor?

Hi all, Am looking to get a HKC 1070 panel installed to replace an old panel that was in the house when we moved in. In our previous house we had a wireless system installed (by a company that is no longer in existence). Could I possibly I add these wireless sensors to the HKC system? If it had its own quick bridge for the sensors, then yes you could.
The sensors on their own would not learn into the HKC panel, it would need to be secure wave sensors.
