    Hi all,

I have a PIR in my house that was added after the alarm was fitted, it was set up wrongly tho. When the system is on part set, so just the windows and doors are monitored not the PIRs, this new PIR is trigging the alarm so I can't use the part set when I am in the house.

Cant get the installer to come back 🙄. I know the engineers code tho, can I change settings for the part set on the keypad.

You can set this up in the zone menu in engineer mode.

Zone menu, yes, scroll to zone options, yes, scroll to the zone you want to have off in the part set, yes.

The scroll through the options for that zone, Exclude in pguard A/B, change from N to Y.

The press quit till it says exit engineering and press yes.

    Then test.
