Can I register myself with revenue?

    I'm currently on jobseekers and I've picked up a couple of one off gigs with a recruitment agency. I got my first payslip and I'm not registered with revenue. I've told them several times I need to inform social about any shifts so they can adjust my weekly payment accordingly. I can't get hold of anyone and was wondering if there's any way I can set myself up up with ROS? There's an employer no. and a reference no on the payslip.
