HP Hinge

    I have a HP X360 convertible. The hinge is gone. Looking around appears to be a common issue with HP.

    I can buy the hinge and replacement backplate for the screen. The fix looks straight forward but a lot of warnings over the screen and how easy it would be to break.

    Any one done it? Is breaking the screen a big risk?
