Query about SPC Offline

Hi All,

i have spc 4300 alarm for my home ,recently i changed my boradband provider from vodafone to Eir.

Now SPC offline is offline,

i have checked the ip Address of spc alarm is 192.168.000.100, and my Eir router is DHCP is 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.200.

not sure that caused SPC Ofline, i have restored the system a few times,it does not work.

and also log in as full enginner , under communication , i can not change any settings.

any suggestion what i can do with that please?

If you cant see the system on the network that is the issue.

You should be able to update the IP address in Communications, Ethernet.

Then reboot the panel to update the settings

it does give me any opinions to change ip, it only gives me back or enter, once I click enter button , it says updated. I did enter into the system with engineer code , any helps ?

If DHCP is enabled on the panel, down power, battery and mains and see if that updates the system

Thanks for reply. i have disabled DHCP. which allow me to set up IP by myself. it works in this way. Thanks again.
