Van insurance

My 20 year old son wants to sell his car and get a small van for work ,Berling size ,he has full licence for 2 years and has 20 months No claim bonus in his own name but a 2018 Citroen berlingo is costing 2200 euro to insure anybody know to get insurance cheaper .Thanks

He is apprentice Carpenter just using van too and from work best quote so far is 2200 euro
