Can I sell up to €1,270 of crypto per year tax free?

Just recently started into crypto with some ETH and it has had a nice boost in the past few days with the recent news. Am I correct that I can skim up to 1,270 per year of the profit converting back to EURO tax free, regardless of my working salary situation? Or is it linked to your income tax level?
