Hope it won't be a points game.

Hope Fury wins but have a feeling Usyk will win.

I have to say, I think Fury is definitely a bit spooked by Usyk. He hasn’t seemed his normal calm self in any face off. Either pushing or butting heads etc.

Whether that means anything or not I don’t know.

I think Fury has more than enough tools to win this. Height, reach, weight, probably more power, big heart etc.

This should be a decent scrap. Two midsized heavies with good mobility, fitness and technique.

Sanchez is not enjoying this pressure from kabayel

Why would he be spooked by Usyk ? It’s just a boxing match and fury is so unpredictable nobody knows if he’s going to give tbe opponent a kiss, push them across the stage or carry them like a baby and that’s what helps promote the fight. People seem to forget he’s a bipolar gypsy that’s an absolute lunatic on a normal day never mind in Saudi where is 33 degrees at night

Usyk walking in with what looked like an Eeyore teddy bear. Ffs! He's hilarious!

kabayel is all over sanchez. Won everything through 5 without breaking a sweat.

What'd be the cheapest way to watch this (legally) in the states, would anyone know?

$70 on DAZN, is that the best?

Very little comment on Cacace's chances on here.

Good first round by both, Cacace certainly holding his own.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,612 ✭✭✭✭blade1

It's his daughters and he has had it with him a few times already.

The atmosphere in Saudi always reminds me of COVID times when we had to watch sports in empty stadiums

Huge 3rd round for Cacace. Be very interesting to see how Cordina recovers.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,765 ✭✭✭tinytobe

My bet is on Fury. He's got more weight and longer arms, hence I believe he'll beat Usyk.

Is the fight streamed for free somewhere, some exotic country? Malaysia? Or Kazakhstan?

The Black Forge be a good spot to watch this fight tonight. Get a pint of Forged and a shot of Proper 12 served by Conor and a good aul feed earlier in the evening. Then get about 10 more Forged into you and watch the fight.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,430 ✭✭✭megadodge

Considering where he was in the 3rd that was a good 4th by Cordina. His right over the jab looks dangerous.

Great fight here, it could go either way

    Good bout this one.

Finding it tricky to score it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,430 ✭✭✭megadodge

Terrific fight this. Great action. The heavies are going to look terrible by comparison.

Cacace really hurt Cordina at the end of the 6th there.

He's in a good position here.

    Those uppercuts are unreal

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 687 ✭✭✭Dampsquid

Wow, Cacace is all over him now. has to win this

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,494 ✭✭✭Choochtown

    What did Cordina say there?

    "My heart's gone" ??

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,418 ✭✭✭RoryMac

I'd like Usyk to win but think Fury will have too much for him. Going for a Fury to stop him in 8

Nothing to do with the fight but it's a disgrace this isn't available in UHD considering it's 27 quid to buy, when sky do even Friday fight nights with no names it's in UHD.

Nothing to do with sky, it's the Saudis setup or the promoters choice.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,932 ✭✭✭✭Panthro

    Well done Cacace. Good fight.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,430 ✭✭✭megadodge

    Brilliant !!!

Cacace was superb. Never let up. Cordina didn't complain at the stoppage.

Great to see an Irish world champ again.

cacace smashed him to bits, the amount of power shots thrown and landed was insane and an amazing win
