Hi, I’m starting next week as a clerical officer in an intreo office in Dublin City centre and I’m just looking for some tips/advice for what to expect with the job, how the first day will go etc. I’m not sure what my role will be. Thank you!

I am just presuming it might be Front office dealing with customers ,registering paper claims ,reception dealing with queries ,holiday requests,transfers from other areas,emails query ,reg. pps ,renew psc etc
