I’m pan frying it in garlic, butter, vinaigrette and lemon juice and it’s still dull as sin.

Any recommendations before I give up. Or any recommendations for a healthy better tasting fish?

I like to oven bake it in a tin foil leaving some space to allow it to steam itself almost. I add likes of rosemary some almond flakes and a dash of maple syrup.

Treat it the same as something with a bland taste like pasta and cook it with a garlic and chilli tomato sauce.

The old joke about cooking it with a brick, cook for 20 minutes, take them out, give the Pollock to the dog and try eat the brick.

How about coating it with seasoned flour, pan frying in butter and serving with a home made tartare sauce?

If you really want to torment yourself try making a few quenelle with it.

Maybe OK - but not worth all the trouble ?
