Hi all, For the purposes of the public sector what exactly is a long term temporary contract. I seen this term used several times now. It seems like an oxymoron to me. Generally, how many months would you be talking about under this type pf contract?

After 4 years it becomes full time so I guess open temporary contract is any length from 2 months up to 47 months
