HKC Alarm stuck on false report

    Hi All

    I have a HKC Quantum 70…I have access codes also….all batteries etc kept fresh.

    That said I keep having difficulty with the Sabb reporting low battery even when 6 new replacements installed.

    It was most annoying and still is even after I replaced ALL batteries with a power supply I'm still getting the wretched Call Engineer LOW BATTERY reports for the SABB (Not Panel)…advice always welome…hoping there's a simple reset command.
