PC Upgrade

    Hello everyone, it has been a few years since I first set up my computer and I believe it is time to upgrade!

    My current set up is here:

    My main focus points are: More Storage, New Monitor, New GPU. (Do I need a new motherboard? ) A CPU instead?

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Retro and AAA Gaming, Programming, Music Production ]

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Sure, won't say no]

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [Yes, see my current set up]

    That board supports the Ryzen 5000 series, including the X3D series, so you could easily retain that and just drop in a bigger CPU.

    Just make sure you update the BIOS before putting in a the newer CPU to ensure it's supported.
