working family payment

    I would like to ask a question on behalf of a friend. I am a low income sole trader, have a dependent wife and kids. Working family payments (FIS) are not available for self-employed. Suppose my wife works as an employee with me in my sole trader business 20 hours per week my question is can she get WFP(FIS) in this scenario? Thanks
