Why are "ND Filters" different colors...or are they??

I`m trying to choose an ND filter for my Sony ZV-E10 Video Camera and do not understand why different filters are shown as different colors advertised online? Some appear to be black/purple tint/green tint/yellow tint ect and cannot figure out what the difference is?? I just want an ND filter that will dim down sunlight…

I just want an ND filter that will dim down sunlight when using the camera? Nothing that is going to change or distort colors of my video.

Any idea?
