I work in Arch Viz so not too familiar with planning process etc. but I drafted and submitted an application for a family member. The application has just gone in however my family member has begun interior works (stripping of floors and internal walls etc.

Could this be an issue or seen as commencing on site before planning is granted ?

all works they have done so far purely interior demo/preparation, nothing has been changed on the exterior from the submitted existing drawings.

Should be okay once it's all done internally.
