    Those are not butter. They are not even dairy. Highly processed, vegetable oil spread.
    I'm aware they have less than half the calories. But if they are devoid of flavour, you use twice as much. Overall, it shouldn't make a massive impact to your diet - unless you are eating massive amounts, in which case that's the issue not product choice.
