Sky Q - Some channels not working ?

have had sky Q past 3 years all good , during the week when I select some channels blue screen comes up saying “ This channel is affected by a problem with your satellite signal “ ??

For example BBC1 is working fine as is BBC4 but BBC2 has this message as does RTE1 … I turned off my internet and reconnected but still the same ? Any help be appreciated

my BBC channels come and go depending on atmospheric conditions, happens a few others but I can’t remember which ones.

SkyQ uses 2 separate cables for polarisation, ie H & V, can you check if the missing channels are on the same polarisation?

Sounds like a problem with your signal. Happens to me sometimes when it's raining heavy. I have to get a sweeping brush and brush off the excess water from the dish, works fine after.

It has nothing to do with your internet. Dish is either slightly out of alignment, getting blocked by trees or there is a problem with the cables from the dish to the box.
