I thought reshuffle was in January 2011 with Cowen resigning as Taoiseach towards the end of that January.

Actually no, I am referring to the reshuffle that actually went ahead in Spring 2010 after Willie O'Dea and Martin Cullen resigned, Two oaps Pat Carey and Tony Killeen were appointed to cabinet in their place, it was a big mystery why Biff0 missed the open goal of making radical change that time when he had the opportunity.
