Nobody can provide you with an answer to that, unless you provide the tax credits you are entitled to and allocate to that job allocate to that employment, including any other income or adjustments revenue make to your allowances including Local property tax status and possible PRSI exemptions.

Your gross pay should be on your payslip.Add 8% for holidays , 14% for employers taxes and 2% for sick pay and that will be very close to what you cost him.He also has other staff costs such as uniforms ,payroll, insurance, training etc but they are all variables unique to each job .

To calculate the total cost to your employer for your €650 weekly wage, you'll need to consider employer-related costs such as:

    1. Gross Salary: This is the amount before tax and other deductions. To estimate it, you can use an average deduction rate. Assuming around 20-40% for income tax and social insurance, your gross salary could be approximately €900 to €1,083.
    2. Employer PRSI (Pay Related Social Insurance): This is typically around 11.05% of your gross salary.

    Estimation

    1. Assuming a Gross Salary of €900:
      • Employer PRSI: €900 * 11.05% = €99.45
      • Total Cost: €900 + €99.45 = €999.45 per week.
    2. Assuming a Gross Salary of €1,083:
      • Employer PRSI: €1,083 * 11.05% = €119.15
      • Total Cost: €1,083 + €119.15 = €1,202.15 per week.

    Overall

So, your employer is likely paying between €999.45 and €1,202.15 per week for your employment, depending on the exact gross salary. For a more precise calculation, your employer would need to know the exact gross amount before tax.

From all the various subjects i had throughout my 12 years of education there wasn't one for money management, taxes, employment etc.

Music and religion were compulsory among other impractical subjects.

    Ah well
