commencement notice

    Hi all,

    We had an engineer plan our extension and put in planning permission, told us top come back for commencement notice when we were ready to build.

    No we have a builder and cant get in contact with engineer, not answering call, e-mails or messages

    I need to put in commencement notice as per builder, he has an engineer architect he works with but will need to start fresh and make new drawings.

    what do I need for commencement notice. is there a way I can get someone to just do this bit, don't want to pay 4k for the whole thing again
